Office Renovation

The second floor office renovation reorganizes the existing 14,000 SF interior space, and creates a new, signature entry for the entire building complex. The renovation consolidates three campus departments with shared common areas and provides a new interior layout, finishes, furniture and toilet rooms. The scope includes building code analysis and programming, full design and construction phase services. The second floor renovation has been completed and phase 1 of the first floor has begun which entails the renovation/reorganization of office space, but primarily trade shops that serve the entire university. The renovation includes a new interior layout, which will make for a more efficient use of space.
