Project Architect/Manager
Responsibilities.
- Project team leadership / client interface
- Architectural design and documentation
- Construction administration
- Involvement with firm-wide initiatives
- Dedication to the advancement of emerging professionals through ongoing mentoring
Qualifications.
- 12+ years of experience
- Architectural licensure
- Familiarity with MGL 149/149A construction delivery methods
- LEED/WELL/CPHC accreditation is desirable
- Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas:
- Design excellence
- Client relationships
- Leadership of projects in various stages of design
- Experience leading projects of $20M+ construction value (preferred)
- Coordination with consultants
- Communication & organizational skills
- Architectural material & systems detailing
- Revit
- Solid leadership and teambuilding skills
- Exceptional work ethic & enthusiastic attitude are imperative
