Project Architect/Manager

Responsibilities.
  • Project team leadership / client interface
  • Architectural design and documentation
  • Construction administration
  • Involvement with firm-wide initiatives
  • Dedication to the advancement of emerging professionals through ongoing mentoring
Qualifications.
  • 12+ years of experience
  • Architectural licensure
  • Familiarity with MGL 149/149A construction delivery methods
  • LEED/WELL/CPHC accreditation is desirable
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas:
    • Design excellence
    • Client relationships
    • Leadership of projects in various stages of design
    • Experience leading projects of $20M+ construction value (preferred)
    • Coordination with consultants
    • Communication & organizational skills
    • Architectural material & systems detailing
    • Revit
  • Solid leadership and teambuilding skills
  • Exceptional work ethic & enthusiastic attitude are imperative
