FM has achieved a Just label!

Created by ILFI (International Living Future Institute), the Just program is a voluntary disclosure tool for organizations to elevate internal discussions, policies, and procedures, as well as create a common language and measurement framework for social justice issues.

Just is a call to action that FM has answered by committing to being a more transparent, equitable, and socially just organization. Changing the world starts from within. Consistently eliciting feedback from our employees keeps us accountable and ensures that the diversity of perspectives and experiences throughout FM are captured to inform policies and practices that are inclusive and align with our values.
