We celebrate this impressive women-led team that has recently completed a $17M renovation of the YWCA of Central Massachusetts. Aligning with the YW’s commitment to eliminating racism and empowering women through leadership, services and support, we are thrilled to have completed this renovation in partnership with the extraordinary group of women at the YWCA of Central Massachusetts who work tirelessly to support the Worcester community, as well as with the women-led construction team at Consigli Construction Co., Inc.

The renovation provided a much-needed program expansion to the 74,000 SF mid-century building located in the heart of downtown Worcester; importantly, the project was phased to allow occupancy during construction so the YW could continue serving as a vital resource to its community.
